Pasta, our newest venture!
LongHouse Farm is excited and proud to introduce a new product line ....it's pasta! We couldn’t think of a better way to incorporate our fresh, organic vegetables more into our business. Our primary objective is to infuse those vegetables into the pasta. To round-out our selection, we also have Whole Wheat, Ancient Grain (spelt and kamut flours), Cabernet Linguini and Egg Noodles made with eggs from our own, pastured (really pretty) chickens!
This is artisan pasta, made in small batches of 3-4 pounds and always made with certified organic flour. We hope you’ll give some a try!
